Mr. Shariat has over 30 years experience with construction running his own construction company in the United States as a licensed contractor. In the past few years he has been working directly with multinational companies in Dubai (Middle East). He has developed substantial contacts in Chemical, Oil, Construction, and Construction Equipment (sale and lease for commercial applications), in particular for high-rise development in Dubai proper. He also has solid relationships in freight-forwarding services industry in the Persian Gulf countries. He is an expert in tenant improvement construction and has performed large scale project management for professional buildings development such as CNN , UniStar satellite and K - JOY FM radio station in LA. He has the ability to manage construction projects from inception through completion, assuring achievement of key different metrics impacting delivery time lines and related objectives.

Mr. Shariat also has over 7 years of experience in the Printing Industry. He has developed patented processes for printing in the Composites Industry specifically for fiberglass, aluminum and wood products as related to very sophisticated photo graphics printing processes. He is experienced in Large Printing Format and Sublimation Printing (paper printing), and is a successful entrepreneur in this field. Mr. Shariat has developed unique supply solutions for Disney, Warner Brothers, Harley Davidson, Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas, Quicksilver, Owens Corning , Warner Ladders , Cambro, and many more.

Mr. Shariat is proficient with business development, project management, and supply management, as well as skilled in high-level contract negotiations. He has dealt with international companies, partners and executives, & understands global markets and cultures.

Mr. Shariat has his degree in Engineering from Inssbruck University in Austria and in Interior Design from Woodberry University in Los Angeles.
