Mike Maziarz is Practice Leader, Sorbanes Oxley Compliance. He is based in Sacremento, CA and also leads World Class Manufacturing Standards consulting.
Mr. Maziarz has over 20 years experience with supply chain management. His experience brings with him knowledge of supply management, financial management, retail operations, and food services. He has assisted companies in establishing World Class Manufacturing standards and establishing compliance standards for Sorbanes and Oxley. He also has successful experience as an entrepreneur with business consulting to small start up retail and food services.
Mr. Maziarz has been involved with enterprise sales and business development since 1986 and has sold over $50 Million worth of contracts at “C” level for different companies. He has sold consultative software solutions, as well as hardware and professional services for companies such as Santa Barbara Laboratories, Infotron Systems, FileNet, Objective Systems Integrators, and Helicon Networks. He has provided business consulting services to small start ups in the retail and food service industries.
Mr. Maziarz is proficient with business development, sales team development, and supply management, as well as skilled in high-level contract negotiations, & financial selling. He has dealt with international companies, partners and executives, & understands global markets and cultures.
Mr. Maziarz provides business development leadership and technology sales and marketing. He has sold complex network management software solutions to AT&T Wireless, AT&T, Airtouch, Alaska Telephone, Hewlett Packard, Bay Area Rapid Transit, Mitsubishi, and NTT DO KO MO. He has provided end to end facilities implementation, ranging from relocation planning, negotiations of leases and contractors to project management of the build out. He as successfully managed company relocations for NBI, Santa Barbara Laboratories, and Lockheed Martin.
Mr. Maziarz has an MBA and a BSBA from the University of Phoenix, majoring in Marketing, and Business Management. He as also attended Naval Supply Corps School, University of Maryland specializing in Japanese, and the US Navy Aviation Electronics Schools.
