Management Team – Michael Foroozandeh, Managing Director: Michael Foroozandeh is a Managing Director. He is based in San Clemente, CA and is Practice Leader for Aerospace. Mr. Foroozandeh also leads International Business Development for Europe as well as global Strategic Business Development and Global Enterprise Sales. Mr. Foroozandeh has been involved with enterprise sales and business development since 1986 and has sold over $100 Million worth of contracts at “C” level for different companies. He has sold consultative software solutions, as well as hardware and professional services for companies such as Wang Labs, Avaya’s Network Services Division, Agilent Technologies’ Objective Systems Integrators, IQ4Hire, and IHS Group. With established trusted relationships with top executives in major corporations, Mr. Foroozandeh has the ability to penetrate new verticals, markets, accounts, and close deals. Mr. Foroozandeh is proficient with ROI and IRR evaluation/determination, strategic approach/planning as well as project implementation and is particularly skilled in high-level contract negotiations, & financial selling. He has dealt with international companies, partners and executives, & understands global markets and cultures. Mr. Foroozandeh provides business management consulting, business development leadership and technology sales and marketing. This has included managing complex aerospace accounts including Boeing worldwide, Honeywell, BAE, Aerojet, Pratt & Whitney, ATK, Parker, Loral, DLA, JCAA. He has been involved with Boeing advising the company on DMS (Diminishing Materials and Suppliers) related technology refresh and insertion. He has consulted on Services Relationship Management (SRM®) & Services Procurement (SP®) software & bundled consulting services to Sun, Cisco, Novell, ATTWS, AOL/TWC, Charles Schwab, Interwoven, Documentum, and American Express. He has sold complex network management software solutions to Time Warner Corporation, AT&T Wireless, Airtouch, and Time Warner Cable’s Florida Full Services Network. He has sold Disaster Recovery Services to State of California Department of Insurance, Hughes Aircraft, and ADP. He also sold Voice Servers, Image Servers, and Text/Data processing servers to Price Waterhouse, and Wells Fargo. Mr. Foroozandeh also has successful experience as an entrepreneur with a self-started/funded Legal Services, Legal Software Intelligence, Telecommunications, and Legal Support of IT projects. He grew the business in less than 3 years to 4,000 private and corporate clients, servicing the California region. He was also directly involved and assisted in bridge financing and round B of investments for IQ4Hire. Mr. Foroozandeh has Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law, in Fullerton California, as well as an MBA, and a BSME (Manufacturing Engineering Technology), cum laude, from National University, in San Diego, California.
