Gonzalo Vizcaya, Practice Leader, Latin American Operations: Gonzalo Vizcaya is Practice Leader, Latin American Operations. He is based in San Clemente, California. Mr. Vizcaya has a solid understanding of the Latin American's manufacturing, marketing, sales and financial markets. He has established trusting relationships with captains of industry and political leaders in Argentina and other neighboring countries in the region. Mr. Vizcaya is able to leverage these relationships to further international trades in the region for PSA clients. PSA currently is engaged in several complex international import and export transactions for it's clients managed by Mr. Vizcaya in the Latin Americas. These projects range in chemical and minerals products, rawhide, motorcycles and automotive parts, in Argentina, Chile, Brazil, China and E.U. Mr. Vizcaya holds a BS degree in International Business Relations from Universidad De Congerso.
